You have probably seen a TV show or movie in which a therapist is portrayed as an uncaring, bland, robotic character, taking notes and rarely looking over their notebook at the client telling the sad tale of their life. Well, I can assure you that I do not take long notes and remain passive during the process. There is a time for sadness but also laughter during our sessions.

I am proud to have over 20 years of counseling experience and have been an active part of people's healing and growth. In fact, I am thankful for the many referrals I get from physicians, churches, friends and returning clients (some after more than 10 years).

New clients are welcome as my schedule permits. I am also happy to make a referral when I cannot meet the client's appointment requests or insurance.
